Following the success of the inaugural Milton Keynes Rowing Club Regatta in 2010, we will be holding our second Regatta at Caldecotte Lake in Milton Keynes on Saturday 21st May 2011. This will involve side by side racing over a 500 meter course between Milton Keynes Rowing Club and three other local clubs.

As well as the athletes from the four clubs, there will be a large number of supporters and we also expect to attract (as we did last year) a significant number of local people to come and watch the racing. The event is publicised in the local press and on local radio stations -- including a live broadcast from the Regatta last year.

To help with the costs of running the event, we are looking for local businesses and organisation who may be interested in assisting with the Regatta, either by sponsorship or by contributing practical assistance.

If you are an organisations or company that is interested in becoming the primary sponsor of the event (which will provide significant advertising space and promotion prior to and during the event) please contact us. As the primary sponsor, we wil ensure that your organisation is given prominence in all regatta material.

Alternatively, there is the option to sponsor any specific race for £100; this includes a double page advert in our regatta programme and the opportunity to present trophies to the winning crew.

Finally, there will be a Regatta programme which will have advertising space at the following cost:

• Half A5 page - £25
• Full A5 page - £50
• Double page - £100 – includes sponsoring a race
