Cross Channel Row 2013

Massive congratulations to the two MK crews who completed the grueling 22 mile row across the Channel on Sunday 28th April.

Both crews contained rowers from Milton Keynes Rowing Club and our charity partners at MK Dons Sports Education Trust. The all ladies crew completed the row in an amazing 5 hours 14 minutes, taking a huge 10 minutes of the previous fastest time for an all female crew, becoming record holders. The second, mixed, crew were just a minute behind, finishing with a time of 5 hours 15 minutes.

Tim wins BR Award

Congratulations to Club Captain Tim Grossey, who received a Regional Volunteer Award from British Rowing CEO Kate Burt at the recent Eastern Region meeting.
