Our first visit to the East Midlands Regatta (held at Holme Pierrepont) was a great success. As well as really enjoying the event, we took home four wins. This include a rowing/sculling brace for Tim and Benn and the Ladies Quad de-novicingFor a full write up, see the blog entry
Race Results
Lea Regatta 2012Massive congratulations to our Novice ladies who won the Primary event at the first regatta of the season. A brilliant result for four of our "Learn to Row" graduates from last year. Further congratulations to Club Captain Tim Grossey as well, for picking up a win in the Masters A/B single scull |
Success at BIRC 2012This year's British Indoor Rowing Championships, held in Nottingham, saw MKRC rowers claim two medals! Jo Heywood won Gold in the Women Student category and Finn Whitbread added Bronze to her Gold at the English IRC. Many congratulations to them both |
