Circuits

Circuit training is now ongoing throughout the Winter. We meet at the clubhouse from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Training will include ergo tests.

We have now introduced a circuit ticket scheme. This will enable you to buy 6 circuit tickets for £5, or 12 for £10, or 25 for £20. You will need to produce a circuit ticket or a £1 at each circuit session you attend. Tickets are available from Paula.

Training at other clubs

Sometimes we plan training sessions at Dorney Lake or on the river at another club.

Currently, however, there are no training sessions organized.
