We have just received an email from Sport MK advising that there will be a first aid course running on Thursday 10th November from 6 to 10pm. The cost is £15 per person and it will be held at MK Springers, Kiln Farm. Obviously it goes without saying this is an important skill to have, so if you would like to learn a valuable skill or refresh/renew your knowledge and certification please let Liz know.
