This Saturday is Scullers Head of the River, a 6.8km head race on the Thames in London. It's raced over the same course as the other tideway head races (like Fours Head), but it is only open to single scullers - and in particular only to single scullers fit enough and crazy enough to race 6.8km on the Thames by themselves in the middle of winter!

Who in the club is crazy enough to do this? Well our British and World Masters Champion and Oarsperson of the Year Helen Marshall of course!

Good luck Helen!
