National Lottery Thank You

This is a great opportunity to receive professional instruction on Concept 2 Indoor Rowing Machines, at the Caldecotte Watersports Centre in Milton Keynes. The session will run from 7 – 8:30 pm on Thursday 28th November and is open to anyone over the age of 16. Following a pre-session warm up, you will be given step by step instruction on correct use of the indoor rowing machines. There will then be a light training session, followed by a short competition for those interested, and a post session stretch. You will be free to do as little or as much as you like! Please register your interest by emailing your name to chair@mkrowing.org (Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis)
